Our client is a leading provider of digital experience platforms. Through delivering informative and scalable solutions covering virtual environments, webinars, webcasting and so much more, they have developed a strong reputation and currently work with many of the worlds leading and largest companies, covering technology, finance, life sciences and more. Due to continued growth throughout Europe, they now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Marketing Programs Manager to be based remotely. Some travel into London will be required.

As a Marketing Programs Manager, you will:

Work with the EMEA Marketing team to review program/campaign requirements
Commit to delivering operational elements of programs with consistency, high quality, and governance across various systems (email, website, webinars, marketing automation programs, integration with Salesforce, etc.)
Grow the EMEA database while adhering to marketing opt-out regulations, GDPR and unsubscribe suppression lists
Refine process, innovate, and optimise
Analyse every step of the lead gen funnel
Manage end-to-end process for marketing programs including webinars, virtual events, website programs, content, direct mail, chat, and more
Build out digital experiences
Create and edit web pages in WordPress
Use Marketo to create emails using a variety of templates
Become an expert on our tech stack

Marketing Programs Manager applicants will possess the following skills and traits:

BA/BS in marketing/business, and/or related experience
2-3 years of Marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
2+ years Salesforce and Marketo use (campaign set up, programs, flows, smart lists, and general best practices)
Marketo Certification (advantageous)
Inquisitive and innovative
Experience reporting on campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce.com, or DOMO
Strong project management skills, highly organised and strong attention to detail
Motivated, self-starter attitude, ready to come to the table with ideas
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
Excellent written and oral communication skill

The successful Marketing Programs Manager can expect:

A base salary of 40-60k
