Our client, a leading hybrid cloud data services and data management company is headquartered in California. A member of the Fortune 500 and highly respected around the world. As a leader in network/data storage, cloud computing and information management, they are well placed for further growth. To build upon their enviable position, they are currently seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to manage a large and lucrative region.
As a client-facing, Mid-Market Account Executive, you will:
- Manage circa 100 accounts generating in excess of 5mil in revenue
- Own and nurture senior business relationships
- Support cloud sellers and engineers to expand account footprints
- Assess account needs and envagelise our client’s value proposition
- Create and deliver relationship maps to expand breadth of product sales
- Develop long term account-based product strategies
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales cycle
- Continually assess account business requirements
- Identify new logo accounts
- Possess 5+ years experience in a client-facing, sales role where the emphasis was on mid-market account development/management
- Demonstrate a proven record of target achievement and sales success
- Understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at C-Level
- Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility
- Be commercially aware, highly knowledgeable on cloud-connected storage, PaaS and IaaS
- Possess superb relationship building skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of the channel
- Have vendor experience
- An 85k base salary
- An uncapped OTE of 170-180k
