National Account Manager – FMCG / OOH / Grocery
30-40k base, 35-45k OTE + Great Benefits

Our client, a young but highly ambitious company, is changing the way we snack… Through their growing range of healthy products, they have delivered phenomenal growth. To further strengthen the grip on the UK OOH market, they now have an exciting opening for a National Account Manager.

As an OOH National Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement a business plan for growth within the High Street channel
  • Identify key trading periods and maximise sales within both grocery and OOH channels
  • Manage P&L, forecasting, value, volume and GP metrics
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue/profit generating accounts
  • Deliver first class visibility through exciting POS, displays and samplings etc.
  • Define and deliver valuable insights to drive business growth
  • Work within the supply chain to build bespoke products, packaging and POS to win additional OOH business

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven record of delivering sales growth within FMCG (grocery and OOH accounts)
  • Possess multi-year experience of working with key High Street accounts
  • Demonstrate first class communication and presentation skills along with the ability to form lasting relationships at all levels
  • Work in a diligent and autonomous manner and have a new business edge about you
  • Possess commercial acumen and accountability, strong analytical skills and the tenacity to get new products to market
  • Be a natural leader/mentor and have high energy levels, passion and a strong commitment to customer success

The successful candidate can expect a generous 30-40k base salary with a great benefits package and an OTE of 35-45k in the first year.
