Our client, a young but highly ambitious company, is changing the way we snack… Through their growing range of healthy products, they have delivered phenomenal growth and have immediate plan to grow internationally. To further strengthen the grip on the UK market, they now have an exciting opening for an experienced and senior National Account Manager.

As a National Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement exceptional business plans for key supermarket customers
  • Identify key trading periods and maximise sales
  • Manage P&L, forecasting, value, volume and GP metrics
  • Deepen the depth and breadth of products available in other markets (online, convenience, forecourts, café etc.)
  • Deliver first class visibility through POS, displays and samplings etc.
  • Define and deliver valuable insights to drive business growth

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven record of delivering sales growth within the top FMCG accounts
  • Possess multi-year experience of working with the largest supermarkets
  • Demonstrate first class communication and presentation skills along with the ability to form lasting relationships at all levels
  • Work in a diligent and autonomous manner
  • Possess commercial acumen and accountability, strong analytical skills and the tenacity to get new products to market
  • Be a natural line manager, have high energy levels and be free to travel

The successful candidate can expect a generous 50-60k base salary with a great benefits package and an OTE of 57-70k in the first year.
