Network & Voice Support Analyst
350-550 per Day

A Network & Voice Support Analyst required by a Global Banking Group in central London. This contract will run for the remainder of 2017 and possibly longer.

 Working as part of Systems Management Team you will be responsible for:

  • Management, configuration, architecture and resource monitoring or IT infrastructure
  • Maintenance and documentation requirements
  • Providing support for all systems software, hardware and business applications

The following skills and traits are required:

  • Understanding of networks and firewalls, telephony and voice systems
  • Experience within the financial sector
  • ITIL best practices
  • Cisco LAN & WAN, Cisco Call Manager, IPC Dealer board systems
  • Redbox & Nice Voice recording systems
