Our clients leading API-first data routing and optimisation platform enables organisations to become more scalable, compliant and data driven. Through real-time data processing, this platform drives transparency and efficiencies between Agencies, Publishers, and Brands. To meet demand, they now have an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding and Implementation Manager.

As an Onboarding and Implementation Manager you will:

Drive onboarding to achieve a successful outcome
Foster a cohesive and compelling customer experience
Engage with customers to understand their business and technical goals
Deliver engaging enablement training and workshops
Work directly with client-side product stakeholders
Tailor onboarding to meet individual needs
Drive early adoption
Contribute to the design and improvement of processes

The ideal Onboarding and Implementation Manager will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

2+ years experience in onboarding or implementations
Experience working with or strong interest in APIs and SaaS platforms, mobile, MarTech, analytics and programming (HTML etc.)
Project management experience
Enterprise level experience
Problem solving
Strong communication skills
Business, engineering, or marketing degree
Enthusiastic and tenacious

The successful Onboarding and Implementation Manager can expect:

A base salary circa 50k
