Operations Executive / Funding Analyst

Our client is a fast-growing, highly visible, and well-respected commercial finance company with hubs across the world. This FinTech company provides embedded software solutions for the worlds leading and largest e-commerce platforms (eBay, Shopify, etc.). Due to North American growth and increased global demand for their merchant financing solutions, they now have an exciting opening in Atlanta, Georgia for an Operations Executive to join a newly formed team.

As an Operations Executive, you will:

Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the platform
Seek to improve customer service, KYC, payments, and funding processes
Perform daily payment executions
Reconcile and allocate incoming payments
Investigate and resolve payment exceptions
Audit deals
Provide business wide support
Conduct and report on due diligence
Source and manage data
Identify and acknowledge high-risk indicators (KYC)
Drive efficiency, control, and quality of existing KYC processes
Liaise with merchants

The ideal Operations Executive will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

Degree level education
1-2 years experience in a similar operations role
KYC/KYB experience (preferred)
IT Literate (Excel etc.)
Confident, driven, proactive, and committed to joining a growing organization to develop a lasting career
Excellent communication skills, a broad business understanding, ambition, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving skills
Passionate about growth
Strong with data and data analysis

The successful Operations Executive can expect:

An initial basic salary of 60k
20% bonus
