To meet goals, they now have an exciting opening for a Paid Search Manager with extensive experience.

As a Paid Search Manager, you will:

  • Manage the entire bought media process – AdWords, Bing, Social Media etc.
  • Lead campaign management, where you will implement a more automatic and dynamic advertising strategy / look to introduce new ideas such as metasearch and affiliates
  • Maintain a strong conversion rate and strategize/monitor accordingly
  • Research on the key demographics and market to understand better and newer ways to control media and gain value (key focus on customer journey)
  • Regularly report on KPI’s and workload
  • Manage a Junior Marketer

Candidate experience and skills required:

  • Tour/Travel industry experience (preferred, but not necessary)
  • B2C experience on large scale campaigns with a focus on paid search and online marketing performance
  • Marketing background and degree
  • Google AdWords and Analytics Certificates
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS basic knowledge
  • Keyword Planner and tools like SEMrush
  • Google AdWords Editor, Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager and Bing Ads
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Open to further training and development
