As an Austin-based Paid Search Specialist, you will:

Deliver end-to-end campaign management
Analyze marketing performance and build insightful dashboards
Generate and test creative copy
Deliver product, category, and market research
Apply local marketing knowledge to international campaigns
Collaborate with colleagues from other marketing channels
Deliver thought leadership
Execute value-driving projects

The ideal Paid Search Specialist will demonstrate the following skills and experience

3+ years hands-on performance marketing experience (paid social)
Marketing performance and analysis
Facebook Ads Manager
Designing and writing winning ad copy
Strategy development and testing
