Due to their ongoing commitment to partnership growth, they have an immediate opening for an experienced Partner Account Manager.

As a Partner Manager, you will:

Build strong relationships with a growing portfolio of existing partners
Oversee the core elements of the partner programme
Identify and source partnership opportunities, driving partner qualified leads
Research new and existing partners, identifying key stakeholders
Drive partner hub engagement
Proactively work with partners to drive success
Organise, prepare and lead business reviews
Oversee partner renewals
Deliver partner training

Partner Manager applicants will possess the following skills and traits:

3+ years partner or account management experience gained within psychometrics or similar assessment tools
First-class communication and presentation
Strategic thinking
Networking skills
Attention to details
Process driven

The successful Partner Manager will be offered:

A base salary circa 50-60k
