Our international client, with a global network of offices, provides business executives around the world with tailored practical conferences, large scale events, digital events, webinars and more, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and the regulatory landscape. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven and autonomous Payroll Manager to join their growing Operations Team.
Payroll Manager Rewards:

- Take responsibility for the management and administration of all US payroll activities plus supporting benefits administration
- Maintain day-to-day payroll management and processing of ~400 employees (semi-monthly with hourly and salaried employees) in ADP Workforce Now
- Use ADP Time & Attendance module to track hourly and overtime-eligible employees and to track PTO and Sick policies
- Partner with HR to help develop best practices for Onboarding
- Comply with federal, state, and local laws, keeping on top of changes in laws and advising management on upcoming changes and potential impacts
- Liaise with the legal department to ensure all DOL, EEO and other legal requirements are maintained
- Investigate and assist with payroll registrations/filings with relevant agencies
- Liaise with external auditors (Financial Statement, 401k, Workers Comp)
- Work with HR and Finance Team to assist in the administration and tracking of COBRA, FMLA, and other leaves of absence
- Work with benefit providers to set up and administer open enrollment periods
- 5+ years experience in administration of payroll and ideally payroll-related benefits.
- Attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Excellent Excel skills and knowledge
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and plan work effectively whilst working to deadlines
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and recognize when to escalate issues to senior management
- Ability to innovate and provide input towards process improvement
