As a leading global provider of business phone systems and complete contact centre solutions, our client continues to experience phenomenal growth. Fully embedded and managed within Salesforce, their advanced platform delivers a complete cloud PBX solution. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Presales Engineer to be based in the US.
As a Presales Engineer, you will:
- Lead prospects through the sales process
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Build and deliver best-in-class product demonstrations
- Work collaboratively with Salesforce and other strategic partners to design solutions
- Manage resources, planning, timelines, scope and stakeholder status reporting
- Document and agree scope of work
- Champion new product releases
- Provide expert knowledge and advice
- Work with the wider team to identify and execute initiatives
- Degree-educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 3+ years experience gained in a presales engineering role
- Telephony knowledge
- Project management experience
