To maintain their enviable position, they have an immediate opening in Philadelphia or Bonita Springs for an experienced Product Development Lead.

As a Product Development Lead, you will:

Innovate an execute product initiatives
Lead a team through ideation, technical development, and product launch
Own product roadmaps
Research and integrate usability studies, market analysis and user feedback
Test, refine and launch new products and features
Stay on top of current trends
Perform competitor analysis
Become the technical product expert

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

3+ years experience creating product roadmaps (conception to launch)
Strong data analytics skills (SQL)
Financial analytics experience (cost per acquisition, click-through rates, retention rates etc.)
Product development
Problem-solving
Interactive UX/UI design and methodologies
Desire to learn
Presentation and communication experience
