Through insight and data communication, this cross-channel platform increases customer loyalty and drives revenue throughout the customer journey. With operations in the UK and the US, this exciting company has an immediate opening for SaaS experienced Product Marketing Manager.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be required to:
- Drive go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging and positioning of products
- Write engaging copy, tell the product ‘story’
- Manage product/feature launches across cross-functional teams (product, marketing, client success, partnership, sales)
- Develop related sales enablement material
- Create compelling, simplistic and engaging value propositions
- Create best practices and educational/training content
- Conduct market research and user/prospect interviews
- Plan and work alongside wider marketing, product and customer success teams
- 5+ years product marketing experience gained in B2B Martech or SaaS
- Cross-functional team working (product, engineering, design and sales etc.)
- GTM strategy development
- Ability to master complex concepts
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Written and visual storytelling
- Customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Start-up/scale-up experience with a drive for growing revenue and loyalty
- Customer-first attitude
