With their impressive account base, which includes many of the world’s leading brands, a solid portfolio of solutions including co-creation, social media management and extensive market research, they are well placed for further and significant growth. They now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Product Marketing Manager who can own both product and customer marketing strategies.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
- Drive user adoption and engagement
- Launch new product features to the market
- Lead product marketing strategy through the development of go-to-market messaging
- Own the help centre (how-to guides, content to aid customers)
- Develop interactive training modules on an e-learning platform
- Manage customer email marketing (content, automation, testing)
- Manage VIP event promotion
- Conduct marketing and competitor research
- 2-3 years experience in product/customer marketing
- Software industry experience
- HubSpot, Churnzero, Intercom
- Analytics, research, and insights
- Video content
- Creativity
- Excellent communication skills

- A base salary circa 45-50k
