As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Receive the ongoing support required to develop your recruitment career
- Join a high performing team of experienced Consultants
- Work specific sectors including Actuarial, Finance, Underwriting or IT
- Focus on generating/managing a performing account base (if 360)
- Build strong relationships with candidates (if 180)
- Work through structured training to enhance and develop your skills
- Rapidly progress your career
- A recent degree
- A minimum of 1-3 years agency recruitment experience
- Intelligent individuals with the ability to liaise both over the phone and in-person
- Highly driven professionals
- Proven record of success (sporting, academic and/or workplace)
- Demonstrable maturity, commercial awareness and business acumen
- Integrity, a can-do attitude and a polished approach
- Any professional recruitment sector experience
