As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Receive the ongoing support required to develop your recruitment career
Join a high performing team of experienced Consultants
Work specific sectors including Actuarial, Finance, Underwriting or IT
Focus on generating/managing a performing account base (if 360)
Build strong relationships with candidates (if 180)
Work through structured training to enhance and develop your skills
Rapidly progress your career

A recent degree
A minimum of 1-3 years agency recruitment experience
Intelligent individuals with the ability to liaise both over the phone and in-person
