As a Recruitment, Delivery or Managing Consultant, you will:

Receive the ongoing support required to develop your recruitment career
Join a high performing team of experienced Consultants
Work specific sectors including Actuarial, Finance, Underwriting or IT
Focus on generating/managing a performing account base (360)
Build strong relationships with candidates (180)
Work through structured training to enhance and develop your recruitment skills
Rapidly progress your career

Degree level education
0-4 years’ experience in recruitment (any sector)
Intelligence
Strong communication skills
High levels of drive, motivation, and a proven record of success (sporting, academic and/or workplace)

An interest in the finance/fintech sector
