As a Recruitment Consultant within our fast-paced Graduate Recruitment Team, you will:

  • Source new business whilst also managing existing clients to maximise relationships, using all available resources
  • Qualify and assess ideal recruitment solutions for clients, and promote these in order to manage and deliver effective recruitment campaigns and assessments
  • Book vacancy, new business and service meetings to build strong relationships with clients, and to maintain a thorough understanding of their business and the ongoing requirements
  • Manage and coach each candidate throughout the recruitment process from discussing roles, pre-interview coaching and feedback after interviews, through to close and offer
  • Give constructive feedback after all interactions
  • Ensure candidates receive all appropriate interview documentation and that interview preps are conducted
  • Identify and understand the drivers and needs of each candidate in order to ensure they are offered the best opportunities
  • Maintain a complete understanding of each live client' status, with regards to the interview process, timelines and offers to manage and consult where necessary
  • Correctly follow all Company booking-in processes including but not limited to, recording information (CRM), sending initiations, informing the candidate of the right information in order to ensure a positive and professional experience
  • Promote client roles internally amongst team members, in order to maximise the success and opportunities for success
  • Assist in the delivery of assessment days, in particular bespoke days
  • Achieve and exceed all daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Support and coach Candidate Managers

  • Candidates with 1+ years demonstrable recruitment or sales experience gained in a compatible sector
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Confident communicator with the confidence and ability to liaise both over the phone and in person with clients at all levels
  • Highly driven professionals with a proven record of success (sporting, academic and/or workplace)
  • Able to work in a fast paced and customer centric environment
  • Able to demonstrate maturity, integrity and a “can do attitude” with a polished and professional approach and presentation
