We are currently looking to appoint a Senior/Principal Consultant/Team Leader to develop and grow our Australian Sales & Marketing division, focussing heavily on the Digital and Technology space. Reporting directly to the Managing Director APAC, this individual will take on as much responsibility as they can handle, taking a leading role in the development of the Australian business.

The role:

  • An autonomous role, you will be responsible for managing the entire process including client acquisition, candidate generation and the management of the recruitment cycle

  • Ensuring recruitment cycle is managed to the highest quality
  • Developing innovative ideas to cement client engagement

  • Representing the company at industry and networking events
  • Creating strategy to manage the achievement of set objectives

What you will bring:

  • 2-3+ years recruitment experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of the technology, marketing or sales recruitment sectors
  • Genuine passion and interest in your specialism

How you will be rewarded:

  • Competitive basic salary $75-100,000
  • Monthly commission and bonus giving OTE of $116-154,000
  • Further override/team bonus as you grow the team
  • Quarterly bonus and override
  • The ability to negotiate package at any time as you progress within the business
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual incentives including trips away, lunches and other rewards
