Our client, a Sydney based IT Solutions manufacturer, requires an experienced and successful Regional Sales Manager to work on Player-Manager capacity. IT, Networking, Hardware or Software sales experience required.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Join a Senior Management Team, in a Player-Manager capacity
  • Generate and manage a personal pipeline
  • Lead a regional sales team to new heights
  • Lead, plan, develop and implement sales strategy
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics
  • Travel throughout an extended region
  • Work from a home office environment

The ideal Regional Sales Manager will have:

  • 4+ years experience within technology sales (IT, Networking, Hardware, Software or CCTV preferred)
  • Proven record of successful IT Solutions sales
  • A collaborative and motivational approach to Sales Management
  • Strong communication skills
  • A Hunter mentality
  • A commercial mind
  • The freedom to travel

The successful candidate can expect a starting base salary circa 140-160k, with a first-year achievable OTE of 200k plus Super, plus generous benefits.
