We are currently looking to grow our Channel Sales team with the appointment of a Resourcer to work in one of our successful teams, based in Baker Street.
The Resourcer will work closely with a Business Development Director and Account Manager to deliver a first-class recruitment service to clients within the technology sector.
The Resourcer will be responsible for:
- Sourcing great candidates using all available resources
- Screening, qualify and assess suitability of sourced candidates
- Booking qualified and suitable candidates into interviews
- Managing and coaching each candidate throughout the process
- Giving constructive feedback after all interactions
- Ensuring candidates receive all appropriate interview documentation
- Preparing candidates for interview and ensure they are best placed to perform well
- Maintaining a complete understanding of each live candidates’ status with regards to where they are interviewing
- Working closely with senior consultants and managers
- Developing a strong knowledge of the technology sector, understanding the different sectors within it
- Recent graduates with strong commercial experience
- Intelligent individuals with the ability to liaise with candidates of every level
- Candidates with demonstrable career stability and progression
- Highly driven professionals with a proven record of success (sporting, academic and/or workplace)
