Our scale-up client provides a leading platform focused on referral marketing and customer retention. Working with over 500 brands, they have established a dominant position, which they aim to rapidly grow through both the agency and partner channels. They now have an immediate and exciting opening in London for a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive sales effectiveness.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:
- Analyse and own all dashboards and reporting within Salesforce and revenue dashboards within Looker
- Assist the revenue teams in the day to day of quote building and opportunity management
- Improve how they collect and analyse data to draw insights they can act on
- Build cross-functional relationships with key enablement stakeholders including sales, account management, marketing, and finance
- Take requirements from stakeholders, put them into actionable points and execute them
- Read and analyse data
- Paint a story using data
- Work with Salesforce, HubSpot, Juro, Zendesk, Monday.com, Salesloft, and a few other tools
- Salesforce experience primarily with flows (Ideally certified but if you’re working towards it and have a good foundational knowledge of Salesforce, that works too)
- Ability to analyse data associated with sales performance, mine it for insights, and present your analysis in a compelling way
- Deal desk management experience
- Understand the nuances across the sales and post-sales cycle
- Stakeholder management
- Reading and analysing data from multiple sources
- Excellent communication skills, including presentations, storytelling, facilitation, and consultative questioning
- Sales or Customer Success experience (desirable)
- A base salary circa 50k
