Fully embedded and managed within Salesforce, their advanced platform delivers a complete cloud PBX solution. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Revenue Operations Manager to be based remotely in Chicago.
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will:
- Work closely with the CRO on forecasting, territory planning & sales management
- Drive scalability and efficiencies across the technology stack, including Salesforce.com, and throughout the entire sales process
- Develop and maintain revenue team KPIs, as well as the cadence of reporting to determine performance, effectiveness, and business impact of marketing, alliances, sales, and customer success activities
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the revenue team
- Work closely with Revenue Leadership to identify trends and drive data influenced decisions that impact revenue generation
- Develop forecasting models and work with Revenue Leadership on territory management, forecasts management and sales management
- Lead the development and implementation of commission plans and the overall commissions process
- Review and optimize workflows and processes to improve sales, alliances, marketing, and customer service outcomes
- Document and train sales team on sales and revenue system processes
- Degree education (Business Administration or similar)
- 3+ years revenue operations experience in a SaaS environment
- 3+ years Salesforce exposure
- Deep understanding of sales automation, workflow optimization and enhancing user experience
- Data-driven and detail-oriented
