This award-winning company continues to evolve and leads the way through domain expertise and innovative SaaS-based technology. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Sales Development Manager to be based remotely in the US.
As a Sales Development Manager, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of high-performing SDR’s who build sales pipeline
- Set overall strategy
- Achieve strong results
- Join a tight-knit leadership team
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Hire, develop, manage and motivate a new business sales team
- Set and achieve expectations (forecasting, pipeline and activity
- Degree educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 2+ years experience in a similar sales leadership role
- Those with B2B SaaS experience
- Leaders with a passion for prospecting and sales best practice
- Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates with proven leadership skills
- New business-focused sales leaders with experience of using Salesforce
- Managers who coach, develop and inspire sales teams

- A base salary of 65k
- First year achievable OTE of 102k
