Our client is a fast-paced, results-driven demand generation company focused on 15 high-growth sectors. Through advanced technology and world-class marketing expertise, this exciting organisation develops sales-ready leads for many of the world’s leading brands. To facilitate growth, they have an exciting opening in Austin, Texas for a Sales Development Representative.

As an Austin-based Sales Development Representative, you will:

Undertake a 3-month in-depth training academy
Prospect and identify high-value targets
Establish relationships with potential customers
Maintain a high volume of customer interactions
Schedule and confirm appointments for senior colleagues
Progress your sales career into a client-facing, closing role

The ideal candidate will:

Be a recent graduate with a strong desire to break into sales
Have first-class communication and presentation skills
Possess high levels of motivation and the drive and desire to build a successful sales career in a fast-growing sector
Be outgoing, sporty and committed to sales success
Show ambition and thirst for knowledge

The successful candidate can expect:

An initial base salary circa 50-63k
An uncapped OTE of 70-80k in the first year
