Our client, a UK headquartered fintech company focuses on delivering a SaaS platform for smart Document Management. Through enabling real-time collaboration, detailed workflow and governance/risk compliance, they are providing unprecedented auditing and reporting capabilities for regulated firms. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening in Charlotte for a senior Sales Development Representative.
As an experienced Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Targeting enterprise clients
- Pitch at C-level
- Work in an entrepreneurial new business focused role
- Research prospects and map out targeted accounts
- Create and deliver lead generation campaigns
- Engage with prospects across various channels
- Qualify inbound leads
- Share best practices and receive ongoing product and sales training
- Progress into leadership or 360 sales roles
- Degree level education
- 1-2 years sales development experience
- Results driven and goal oriented
- Regulated industry knowledge (financial services etc.)
- Excellent communicators in both written and verbal form
- Passionate about technology
- Articulate, competitive and coachable
- Career minded
- A base salary of 40-60k
- A first-year achievable OTE of 50-70k
