Sales Director – Professional Services
95-100k Base, 125-135k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a respected management consulting firm focused on both financial and legal performance. More specifically, they lead the way in the optimisation of R&D tax credits and R&D grants. Through their understanding of the complexity of regulations, they deliver a quality service with measurable benefits, on a global scale. They now have an exciting and new opening for a London based Sales Director to lead multiple sales teams.
As an experienced Sales Director, you will:
Drive vision, strategy and results through numerous sales teams based throughout the UK
Be responsible for driving greater results from both internal and external sales teams
Manage the direct performance and development of an internal sales team based in London
Oversee approximately 6-8 direct management reports
Shadow, train, coach and support team members and managers
Facilitate and drive performance management processes
Develop and grow the teams, champion a culture based on success and run regular incentives
Work closely with the UK Head of Sales
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending events, reviewing publications and participating in professional societies
Sales Director applications are invited from:
Candidates who have a minimum of 10 years sales leadership experience
Intelligent individuals who have had exposure to selling into the professional service markets (legal, finance, HR etc.)
Those with experience gained leading multiple teams spread throughout the UK
Inspirational candidates who have first-class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels and the commitment to deliver sales results in line with strategic objectives
Polished sales leaders with a proven record of sales success (team growth and large revenue targets)
Those with a high tempo/high-intensity approach to building and leading a sales team
The successful candidate will be offered a generous base salary circa 95-100k with an uncapped 125-135k OTE, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
