Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Sales Director to be based anywhere in Eastern US.
As a Sales Director, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of high-performing Sales/Account executives
- Set overall strategy
- Achieve strong growth
- Join a tight-knit leadership team
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Hire, develop, manage and motivate a new business sales team
- Set and achieve expectations (forecasting, pipeline and activity
- Develop a revenue plan that supports regional growth
- Degree educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 5+ years experience in field-based sales management
- Those with solid experience in both mid-market and enterprise sales teams
- Leaders with experience working with regional and global systems integrators and technology partners like Salesforce.com, Oracle and Workday
- Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates with proven influencing skills
- New business-focused sales leaders with prior exposure to consultative SaaS environments
- Managers who coach, develop and inspire sales teams

- A base salary of 125k
- First-year achievable OTE of 250k
