Sales Director – SaaS

150-200k base, 250-300k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our US-headquartered hot tech client has an exciting opening in berlin for an English/German-speaking Sales Director with solid SaaS experience. As a leader in mobile marketing software, our client’s platform drives analytics, measurement, attribution, and advanced protection (privacy, fraud etc.).
As Sales Director, you will:
- Lead the current sales team (4) with a remit to grow
- Develop, refine, and implement go-to-market sales plans and strategies
- Manage and deliver against both personal and team targets
- Manage the team through KPI development, 1-2-1s and regular sales coaching
- Work closely with senior management on developing and implementing market expansion strategies
- Manage, support, and mentor both local and remote team members
- Analyse and report on competitors, activities, and forecasting
- Grow and inspire the team through knowledge transfer
- Maintain key internal stakeholder relationships (marketing, customer success, legal etc.)
- Manage sales cycles across multiple markets and time zones
- Sales Director, Head of Sales, or VP of Sales within a SaaS company
- SaaS, martech, digital advertising experience
- An adaptable management style
- Inspirational coach/mentor to professionals at varying levels
- Mid-market / Enterprise experience
- Outstanding communication and organisation skills
- An entrepreneurial flair, strong negotiations skills, a can-do attitude and demonstrable business acumen
- Salesforce knowledge
- Fluent English and German
- An initial base salary circa 150-200k
- An uncapped OTE of 250-300k
