Sales Executive - Construction Software
30K Base, 50-55k OTE + Executive Benefits

Our client, a fast-growing, well-funded software provider, delivers feature-rich software to the construction sector. To meet sales growth, they currently have an exciting opening for a Sales Executive with previous sales experience.
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Cover a large territory, focusing on numerous construction-related sectors
- Meet and exceed sales objectives by understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge
- Articulately and confidently cultivate, manage and track prospects
- Become an expert in delivering the business and technical value to our client’s product suite
- Win and retain accounts, making regular account management based calls
- Deliver a consistently high level of sales activity
- Demonstrate 1-2 years sales experience gained in a “closing” capacity. Construction sales experience would be advantageous
- Have a strong “hunter” mentality with the ability to prospect, qualify and close deals
- Show impeccable technical and business acumen and have extensive knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Possess strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a personable and professional nature
- Have a genuine interest in technology
- A base salary of 30k
- Uncapped, first year OTE of 50-55k
