As a well established and fast-growing provider of body worn camera systems, our client helps capture evidence from a first-person perspective in over 40 countries around the world. With the majority of UK police forces and many leading retailers locked up, they are well placed for further growth. To drive their sales function to new heights, they have an exciting and immediate opening for a Sales Manager with a B2B technology sales background.
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead a 15-person strong high performing, globally focused sales function
- Further create a positive and winning culture, and a trusted environment
- Manage team performance, driving potential
- Generate and implement action plans
- Design, implement and drive an effective partner ecosystem (coverage, training, performance etc.)
- Lead sales operations (policies, forecasting, processes, pitches, and propositions etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing on global strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences
- Gather competitor and market analysis
- Degree educated
- 15+ years technology sales experience
- Channel management experience
- Proven leadership qualities
- Show hunger, ambition, and drive
- Strategy and forecast development
- Security technology knowledge (advantageous)
- A base salary circa 60-65k
- An uncapped 90-95k OTE
