Sales Manager – Business Information
50-60k Base, 110k OTE + Executive Benefits
Our client is a premium business information company specialising in industry analysis and is arguably one of the fastest-growing business intelligence companies in the world. Their leading business intelligence provides advanced analytics to help clients make better, more informed decisions on a global scale. With solutions covering a broad range of professional industries, including energy, technology, FMCG, healthcare and Insurance, they are well placed to deliver in-depth primary and secondary research, proprietary databases and high-quality analysis. Due to growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Sales Manager to lead a successful London based team.
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Hold responsibility for building, growing and leading a high-performance sales team of 8
- Take a hands-on approach (Player-Manager), closing large deals and developing sales strategy
- Support the sales function through delivering 121’s, forecasting, coaching and achievable KPI’s
- Drive and motivate the team to reach and exceed both activity and revenue targets
- Lead the recruitment charge, on-board, train and support team members
- Take responsibility for the quality of CRM based data
- Be degree educated and possess 5 years sales experience with 3+ years gained in a sales leadership capacity
- Have BI, Tech, Software or similar experience (preferred)
- Have first-class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise at all levels, internally and externally
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, understand management principles and show extensive experience in sales team training
- Be inspiring, make decisions and take ownership of the tasks at hand
