This trailblazing company has an impressive public and private sector account base where it delivers PaaS, PSN to Cloud and unique Managed Services. Due to continued growth across their sales function, they now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead an expanding high performing and focused sales function
- Further create a positive and winning culture, and a trusted environment
- Manage team performance, driving individual and team potential
- Generate and implement sales action plans
- Oversee engagement with major customers
- Design, implement and drive an effective partner ecosystem (coverage, training, performance etc.)
- Lead sales operations (policies, forecasting, processes, pitches, and propositions etc.)
- Collaborate with channel and marketing teams
- Drive CRM best practice
- Drive recruitment, sales process, data analysis and other management tasks
- Degree educated
- 5-10+ years technology sales experience
- Successful sales management experience
- Proven leadership qualities
- Hunger, ambition, and drive
- Strategy and forecast development
- Public Sector experience
- Salesforce experience
- Commercial awareness
- An initial salary base of 75-85k
