Our award-winning client is an industry leading information provider who delivers comprehensive and authoritative information on Legal, Business, Government and Finance/Tax issues. Our client forms strategic relationships with customers to deliver information solutions that drive productive and efficient decisions throughout the US, Europe and the British Commonwealth. They now have an exciting and rare opening for a Sales Manager to lead a performing team.

As a home based Sales Manager, you will:

  • Drive vision, strategy and results, new customer acquisitions, profitable revenue and increase customer share
  • Be responsible for driving greater results from an established and performing sales team, through development, coaching and support
  • Manage the performance and development of 12 direct sales reports
  • Analyse sales statistics, review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential and price schedules to formulate policy and develop sales campaigns
  • Lead the way into target market segments, increase client share, craft opportunities and pitch high value solutions alongside your team
  • Facilitate and drive performance management processes
  • Develop and grow the team, champion a culture based on success and adopt a top down approach
  • Attend senior management meetings in Central London

  • Candidates who have a minimum of 5 years sales management experience, coupled with significant sales experience
  • Intelligent individuals who have had exposure to selling into the professional service markets (legal, finance, HR etc.)
  • Those with experience gained in a subscription based sales environment (data, BI, SaaS etc.)
  • Candidates who have first class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels and the commitment to deliver sales results inline with strategic objectives
  • Polished sales leaders with a proven record of sales success (team growth), a determination to develop a lengthy and lucrative sales management career and a desire for career advancement
  • Those with a high tempo/high intensity approach to building and leading a sales team

The successful candidate will be offered a 65-75k base salary with an uncapped OTE of 120-130k, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
