Our technology client is changing the way businesses in central London communicate. Through their fibre network, they deliver a world class product set and industry leading service levels. With solid backing and ambitious growth plans, they are fast becoming the go-to provider in London. To manage an ever-increasing amount of inbound sales calls, they now have an exciting and highly lucrative opening for a Sales Manager to Lead a performing sales function.

Accountabilities

  • Recruit, train and retain experienced sales professionals
  • Motivate sales team, exceed sales quota and improve overall performance
  • Write sales scripts and processes
  • Track and monitor all available analytics and metrics
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory policies
  • Manage all inbound sales functions

Activities

  • Utilise analytics to drive performance (conversion data etc.)
  • Deliver and drive KPI activity
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships and expectations regarding recruitment
  • Mentor, train and improve upon individual/team performance

Required Competencies

  • Proven record of sales leadership success
  • Larger than life personality, Highly motivational, strong leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Sophisticated and confident communication skills
  • Articulation, credibility and an ethical approach to sales leadership

Experience

  • 2+ years sales management experience gained in a Telco based sales environment
  • 5+ years successful sales experience with a technology focus

The successful sales professional can expect 180-220 per day
