Our well-established client is a highly respected provider of Datacentre, Cyber Security, Hybrid Cloud and Communications Services to Corporate and Enterprise level accounts. With their international client base in both private and public sectors, strong partnerships with the world’s largest IT companies and vendors, they deliver the very latest in cutting-edge IT solutions. Due to organic growth, they now have an exciting open for an experienced IT Solutions Sales Manager. 

As an experienced Sales Manager, you will:

  • Drive vision, strategy and results, new customer acquisitions, profitable revenue and increase customer share
  • Be responsible for driving greater results from an established and performing sales team, through development, coaching and support
  • Analyse sales statistics, review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential and price schedules to formulate policy and develop sales campaigns
  • Lead the way into target market segments, increase client share, craft opportunities and pitch high-value solutions alongside your team
  • Facilitate and drive performance management processes
  • Develop and grow the team through championing a culture based on success

  • Candidates who have a minimum of 2-3+ years sales management experience, coupled with significant IT Solutions sales experience
  • Candidates who have first class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels and the commitment to deliver sales results in line with strategic objectives
  • Polished sales leaders with a proven record of sales success (team growth and large revenue targets), a determination to develop a lengthy and lucrative sales management career and a desire for career advancement
  • Those with a high tempo/high intensity approach to building and leading a sales team

The successful candidate will be offered a generous 55k base salary with an uncapped 6 figure OTE, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
