They now have an exciting opening for an experienced, new business focused Software Sales Manager.

Accountabilities

  • Lead an internally based, new business sales function
  • Manage a small but growing team in day-to-day activities
  • Recruit, train and retain experienced sales professionals
  • Motivate Sales Team, exceed sales quota and improve overall performance

Activities

  • Utilise analytics to drive performance (conversion data etc.)
  • Deliver and drive KPI activity
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships and expectations regarding recruitment
  • Mentor, train and improve upon individual/team performance

Required Competencies

  • Proven record of sales leadership success
  • Data-driven (experience with matrices)
  • Larger than life personality, Highly motivational, strong leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Sophisticated and confident communication skills

Experience

  • 2+ years sales management experience gained in a software-based sales environment
  • 5+ years successful sales experience with a technology focus
  • Salesforce or similar CRM knowledge

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 55k with an uncapped OTE of 75-95k plus extensive benefits.
