Sales Manager – LegalTech

As a hot tech start-up company, our client is well funded, enjoying rapid ramp-up in revenues and has a well-received legaltech/fintech product. With a successful office in Europe, it's now time to build out their North American operations based in Miami.
As a Miami based Sales Manager, you will:
- Execute an existing and successful sales strategy into proven markets
- Cover hiring, training, and managing a global sales function
- Lead the current sales team with a remit to grow
- Build and manage the team through goal development, 1-2-1s and regular sales coaching
- Work closely with senior management on improving, developing, and implementing best practices and sales plans
- Set and achieve ambitious goals
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships
- Create and present sales reports
- Be an ambitious sales leader with a proven record of leading high-performance sales teams
- Possess 5+ years of relevant software sales experience with at least 3 years in a sales leadership position
- Demonstrate an adaptable management style
- Have in-depth knowledge of various sales strategies and methods
- Be an inspirational Manager, a leader who teams perform for and a coach/mentor to professionals at varying levels
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and organisation skills
- Have an entrepreneurial flair, strong negotiations skills and demonstrable business acumen
- An initial base salary circa 90-120k
- An uncapped OTE of 115-150k
