Due to global growth plans, they are looking for a Sales and Operations Manager to lead a growing globally based team..
As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead the current global sales team with a remit to grow, as required
- Lead by example through the development/management of a personal sales pipeline
- Manage the team through KPI development, 1-2-1s and regular sales coaching
- Work closely with senior management on developing and implementing best practice and sales strategies
- In this classic hands-on sales management role, cover all aspects from headcount planning to sales training, recruitment, client presentations, reporting and much more
- Possess 10+ years of relevant sales experience with at least 3 years in a management/leadership position
- Demonstrate an adaptable management style
- Have worked in smaller, scale-up type companies
- Be an inspirational Player-Manager, a leader who teams perform for and a coach/mentor to professionals at varying levels
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and organisation skills
- Have an entrepreneurial flair, strong negotiations skills and demonstrable business acumen
- A 110-120k base salary
- An uncapped OTE of 150-160k
