As an easy-to-use and well-visited platform, Our client helps homeowners identify and qualify green energy initiatives. To meet growth expectations, they now have an exciting opening for a Player- Manager to inherit a performing sales team.
As a London-based Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead a team of 7 Sales Executives
- Lead by example through the development/management of a personal sales pipeline
- Manage the team through KPI development, 1-2-1s, and regular sales coaching
- Work closely with senior management on developing and delivering sales strategy and best practices
- Motivate a high-performing team
- In this classic hands-on sales management role, cover all aspects from planning to sales training, recruitment, reporting, and much more
- 2-4+ years sales leadership
- B2C exposure
- Green energy or home improvement sector experience (preferred)
- An inspirational Player-Manager, a leader who teams perform for, and a coach/mentor to professionals at varying levels
- Outstanding communication and organisation skills
- An entrepreneurial flair, strong negotiations skills and demonstrable business acumen
- A base salary circa 50-60k
