Our client, a US-headquartered SaaS vendor, delivers digital MarTech, cloud-based solutions to many of the worlds leading brands. Their award-winning solutions collect data, mitigate disaster, archive and so much more. Due to growth throughout the region, they have a rare and exciting opening for a Sales Manager to lead a team of high performing Sales Executives.

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Manage a high-performance sales team of approximately 10
  • Deliver performance reviews and coaching
  • Work closely with the learning and development team to identify and execute individual and team-based training needs
  • Work on the overall strategy and go-to-market approach
  • Produce weekly sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Manage full employee lifecycle management (e.g. recruitment, performance improvement plans, weekly team and individual catch-ups etc.)
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales and the other Managers to ensure that progress aligns with the organisation’s overall marketing strategy and sales team objectives
  • Create and develop motivational incentives

Sales Manager applications are invited from those with:

  • 5+ years sales management experience
  • Experience working in a dynamic start-up/small company environment
  • An understanding of marketing, customer engagement and the cloud space
  • The ability to coach and develop an inside sales team on all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to pipeline development and closing business
  • The ability to work in a positive, driven sales culture with a great team spirit
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation systems (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn)
  • A self-starter, innovative, creative and analytical approach
  • A competitive, positive and winning mentality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

The successful Sales Manager can expect:
