Our well established and highly recognisable client is a leading player in business-class (SME to Enterprise) communications, networking and cloud computing solutions. Covering everything from consultancy, design and fully managed solutions, they are proudly one of the UK’s fastest growing providers. Due to their ongoing commitment to growth, they now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Sales Manager, to lead their London based sales function.

As a London based Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead a growing team of new and existing business sales professionals
  • Take overall responsibility for setting and delivering team KPI’s
  • Assist with team development activities (field accompaniments etc.)
  • Generate solid stakeholder relationships
  • Develop solutions and proposals in conjunctions with pre-sales teams
  • Own and achieve all business targets

The ideal sales candidate will:

  • Have 5+ years sales experience gained in an IT reseller, cloud/hosting provider or a unified communications company, plus 3 years in Sales Management
  • Possess a solid understanding of UC, cloud and associated offerings
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Possess a proven/documented record of sales results (personal and team-based)
  • Have highly productive communication skills
  • Be articulate, professional, credible and ethical in leadership, approach and result delivery
  • Have sound networking skills and a keen eye for international growth opportunities
  • Display hunger, motivation and a true drive for high-level performance

The successful candidates can expect an initial base salary of 55-60k with an uncapped and very achievable OTE of 80-90k in the first year. In addition, there is an excellent benefits package on offer.
