As a leading global provider of business phone systems and complete contact centre solutions, our client continues to experience phenomenal growth. Fully embedded and managed within Salesforce, their advanced platform delivers a complete cloud PBX solution. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Sales Operations Executive to be based remotely in Chicago.
As a Sales Operations Executive, you will:
- Lead the sales operations process and improve sales effectiveness
- Become a CRM power user (Salesforce.com)
- Develop and deploy Salesforce updates
- Enable increased sales velocity
- Support sales leaders with processes, documentation, and internal systems training
- Generate, document, and maintain internal sales policies and processes
- Develop Processes and enforce data integrity
- Degree education (Business Administration or similar)
- 2+ years sales operations / revenue operations
- 2+ years Salesforce exposure
- Business process management
- SaaS / technology markets
- Scale-up experience
- A base salary of 60-70k
