Our client is a fast-growing, highly visible, and well-respected commercial finance company with hubs across the world. This FinTech company provides embedded software solutions for the worlds leading and largest e-commerce platforms (eBay, Shopify etc.). Due to North American growth and increased global demand for their merchant financing solutions, they now have an exciting opening in Atlanta, Georgia for a Sales Team Leader to build and manage a sales function.
As an Atlanta based Sales Team Leader, you will:
- Work with senior colleagues to build an Atlanta based sales function
- Deliver day-to-day sales team management
- Develop sale team strategy to increase efficiency and maximize results
- Monitor and manage KPI’s and sales pipeline
- Work with enterprise technology platforms to process applications
- Contribute to a fun, fast-paced and lively office environment
- Degree level education
- 18+ months B2B sales leadership experience in a fintech sales environment or 3-4 years sales experience with a strong desire to move into sales management
- A sound financial understanding gained through education or previous positions (lending preferred)
- A closer with high sales activity
- Confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a growing organization to develop a lasting sales leadership career
- Excellent communication skills, a broad business understanding, high levels of self-motivation and the ability to captivate at all levels

- An initial basic salary circa 75-90k
