Senior Account Director – AI
London / Hybrid
100-125k Base, 120-175k OTE + Great Benefits

Our client is an innovative European leader in the AI space. Through building, deploying and operating AI solutions for many of Europe’s largest companies, they drive performance, realize potential and use data to gain deeper insights and strategic decisions. Due to continued growth, they now have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Account Director to work in a hybrid capacity.

As a Senior Account Director based in London you will:

Become the client-facing commercial lead for consumer industry accounts (retail, FMCG, travel etc.)
Develop and deliver strategic account planning and forecasting
Lead proposal, contract, and commercial negotiations
Strengthen account relationships at budget holder level
Represent our client at events and conferences
Support cross-product sales strategies
Collaborate with new business-focused colleagues
Coach and mentor the sales and delivery team

Senior Account Director applications are invited from those with:

Degree level education
A minimum of 5+ years enterprise account stakeholder management
Deep understanding of the retail/consumer markets
A history of working within a commercially targeted environment
A dynamic approach, ambition, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills
Strong familiarity with sales methodology and key sales principles
First-class presentation and negotiating skills
An eye for detail and deal processes
Technical acumen and practical problem-solving skills

The successful Senior Account Director can expect:

A fully negotiable 100-125k base salary
An uncapped 150-175k OTE
