With their true global footprint, our client helps the largest of organisations improve performance. Through proprietary data, innovation and industry expertise, this industry leader delivers training solutions designed to accelerate growth, lead business transformation and build world-class teams. Due to EMEA growth, they now have an immediate need for a Senior Account Director to be based from their London office.

As a Senior Account Director, you will:

  • Manage an existing, defined client portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Develop new revenue within new logo accounts
  • Manage partner sales through a large network of Independent Sales Consultants
  • Target enterprise level accounts throughout a large EMEA region
  • Work in a client facing office-based capacity
  • Deliver all account reviews, up-selling and account renewals
  • Manage 6 figure order values with 6+ month sales cycles
  • Transition into account management as your portfolio grows

Applications are invited from those with:

  • 15+ years sales experience gained in a service or solution based environment
  • Formal sales training (preferred)
  • A hybrid sales background covering both account management and new business
  • A dynamic approach, ambition, self-motivation and excellent communication skills
  • A proven record of achievement with the ability to position complex solutions
  • Drive, determination and a hyper-articulate and intelligent persona

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 95k with an uncapped 190k OTE. Additional and generous benefits are also provided.
