Senior Account Executive – Retail

80-110k Base, 160-220k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our technology-led client offers a cloud-based customer experience/employee training platform to multinational retailers. With operations throughout Europe, this scale-up company delivers performance improvement training and so much more to employees of every level, all based on real-time customer feedback and benchmarking statistics. Due to further UK growth plans, they are looking for an additional Senior Account Executive to complement their high-performing sales function.
As a client-facing, Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets within multinational retail accounts
- Target the worlds leading and largest retail brands (also banking, insurance, logistics and more)
- Manage and grow a territory through proactively prospecting new business opportunities
- Identify, grow and nurture major sales opportunities, schedule and attend appointments with prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop your sales pipeline
- Collaborate with colleagues (implementation, support, account management, product development, etc.)
- Develop deep relationships internally and externally
- Manage varied sales cycles
- Possess 5 years experience in a client-facing, sales role where the emphasis was on SaaS solutions to the retail channel
- Demonstrate a proven record of target achievement and sales success
- Understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at board level
- Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility
- Be a commercially aware, new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped, 6 figure earnings
- Be a problem solver, self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Be technically minded and quickly understand new concepts
- Have a thirst to learn and develop
- A -100k base salary
- An uncapped OTE of 140-200k
