Senior Account Executive – SaaS

100-140k Base, 200-250k OTE + Executive Benefits
As a leader in modern revenue orchestration, our technically advanced client drives lead management and transforms buyer signals into results, for companies of every size, on a global scale. Headquartered in the US, they are experiencing growth across Europe and now require a Senior Account Executive with management aspirations to build and drive a Dublin-based Sales Function. This opportunity will involve travelling to the US for final stage interviews.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Evangelise solutions and drive business
- Act as an individual contributor, the “first person” on the ground, in Europe
- Actively prospect, uncover, develop, and manage assigned accounts to identify, cultivate, and close new customers as well as, upsell existing customers
- Develop and execute account strategy & plans to deliver maximum revenue potential, account success, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Utilise tools such as SFDC to manage sales activities, updates pipelines and forecasts
- Conduct discovery & face-to-face meetings/presentations, while qualifying opportunities, allocating time & resources accordingly
- Target clients of every size (SME to Enterprise)
- Drive growth, sales results, and recurring revenue across Europe
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a positive and successful prospect/customer experience
- Report directly to the Global CRO
- Recruit, train and manage a Sales Team
- Progress your career into a Sales Management role, as the sales function grows
- Degree level education
- Intelligent, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial nature
- 5-10+ years experience gained selling across the Salesforce landscape
- Recurring revenue generation
- Solid experience of identifying sales opportunities in a variety of markets
- Self-motivated, autonomous, results-orientated, and hands-on
- New business focused
- C-Level Pitcher
- The ability to manage the full sales cycle, with varying lead times
