Senior Account Executive – SaaS Solutions

80-120k Base, 120-180k OTE + Executive Benefits
Our client, a UK-headquartered, award-winning fintech company focuses on delivering a SaaS Compliance Platform for Smart Document Management. By enabling real-time collaboration, detailed workflow and governance/risk compliance, they are providing unprecedented auditing and reporting capabilities to regulated industries. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening in Charlotte for an Account Executive to target mid-market accounts through North America.
As a mid-market focused Account Executive, you will:
- Work with colleagues to create opportunities throughout North America
- Target FinTech, Neo-Banks, Payment Companies, Investment Firms and Insurance related businesses
- Research and identify prospects
- Work with SDR, Marketing and self-generated leads
- Drive development and sales growth through mapping out accounts
- Specifically target senior compliance, risk and legal contacts
- Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing and Product Teams
- Drive awareness throughout the region
- Degree-educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 3+ years experience gained in a start-up/scale-up B2B SaaS company
- Those with experience in selling into regulated environments (advantageous)
- Candidate with exposure to 6-month sales cycles and 50k+ deal sizes
- C-Suite relationship builders
- Those with experience of or an understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates with proven influencing skills
- Self-starters with a curious mindset, who possess a consistent record of over achievement
- Strategic, consultative, proactive team players who are highly organised and proficient with office technology
- A starting base salary circa 80-120k
- First-year achievable OTE of 120-180k uncapped
