Our European client is an innovative provider of Cloud-based Contact Center solutions. With solutions covering both inbound and outbound for all phone, SMS, chat, and social communications, they are well-positioned to build upon the success they are experiencing around the world. To remain at the top of their game, they now have an exciting opening for a Senior Business Development Manager to be based remotely in Europe.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and nurture new logo relationships
- Drive revenue
- Prospect for new opportunities on a regional, national and international scale
- Attend discovery meetings to qualify and nurture new business
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations
- Map-out territories, companies, and stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from identification through to close
- Negotiate and close new business contracts
- Work closely with a customer success team during deployment and throughout continued account management
- Move into a Player-Manager capacity
- Degree-educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive, and possess CCaaS sales experience
- Proven new business sales achievers
- Those with solid experience of hunting, qualifying, and closing global business
- Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates with proven influencing skills
- Those with the ability to manage regional, national, and international business
- Confident negotiators with solid business acumen
- Those with gravitas, credibility, a strategic mindset, and a desire to be part of an evolving company
- C2-level English speakers

- A base salary of 80k
- First-year achievable OTE of 160k
